These terms apply to your use of PublishArc. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: contact the site owner.

The service

PublishArc helps you schedule and publish content to social media accounts you control, and can write captions with AI. During early access the service is provided free of charge and features may change.

Your account

Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store, process and send your content to the platforms you select, only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to publish your content and that it follows the law and each platform's rules.

Connected platforms

Publishing depends on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky and Google, which can change their rules, limits or access at any time. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting, delaying, limiting or removing a post, or for changes to their services.

AI captions

AI-written captions can be inaccurate. Review captions before they are published, especially for automations that publish without approval. You are responsible for what is published from your workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use PublishArc to send spam, mislead people, infringe others' rights, publish illegal or harmful content, or try to break or overload the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using PublishArc and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and access periods agreed with you end on their stated date.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
